My name is Shira
(Pronounced Sheer-ra, not She-Ra, but you can call me that if you like)
I wear a lot of hats. Literally and metaphorically. I thrive on on a diversity of thought, disciplines and creative inputs. It all comes together at any particular point in time, influencing the task at hand.
I’m a builder, grower of businesses, people and ideas. I can be bold and take initiative or follow a lead. My professional experiences span between fortune 500 companies, start-ups, tech, government, education, and non-profits. There are many job titles I have held that share the singular objective of leaving something or someone better than where we started from.
My professional competencies have a few things in common
Ability to strategize, organize, and build quickly
Drive towards the most effective and efficient outcome
Understanding of individual’s motivations, thoughts, and potential
A love of expression, creativity, and all the possibilities that come with it
Let’s talk personality
(The parts of ourselves that show up in every area of life)

As a Clifton Strengths Finder Coach, I love to talk CSF Talent themes®. For those who know them, here are my top 10: Individualization, Strategic, Ideation, Relator, Communication, Futuristic, Learner, Activator, Restorative, and Input. These natural talent themes work together so I can bring new and influential ideas to serve and connect with others.

For Myers Briggs fans, I am an NT (Intuitive Thinker). While I am no Einstein, Marie Curie, Zuckerberg or Banksy, I do love building possibility and understanding about anything.

On the Enneagram, I am a “Five”. Enneagram fives at their best are “Visionary pioneers, often ahead of their time, and able to see the world in an entirely new way.” While this may sound great, it can be painful at times to be the first. I look for professional partners who are good at establishing, implementing, and stabilizing to reach the full impact of the change I bring.
